This is something I've been interested in since i read about it as a teenager. I had all but forgotten it until recently. I have been working at it. I seem to fall asleep alot from it tho. I read on the link mara posted that that is caused by lack of focus. Now I know what I have to work on, and how to correct that. Thanks so much for taking time to share all this great info. with us!!

dude, im telling you im only on page 10 and ive already learned so much! please read it...its kinda complicated at first cuz he uses alot of new words but you'll learn so much if u just focus and read this stuff!

Yes BUT remeber when you fall asleep is has TWO reason..1* lack of focus (you have to darn much else in your mind) and 2* you really needed the sleep Wink

It`s not the lack of fcus you have to work on..that is just a reaction to an action in your mind.What you need to work on is what`s bothering you so you have these lack of focusses in the first place my dear friend.Oh and yvw for it
