okay SERIOUSLY NOW guys i must INSIST now that ya'll take a look at the e-book im reading...he talks about the different planes and what they are like and what happens when you die and how to meditate...YOU HAVE TO READ IT ITS SOOOOOOO GOOOD!! you dont have to try astral projection AT ALLLL just read it! theres so much more to it then what you might think! its absolutely fascinating stuff!!

okay back the topic, so ive read up to page 17 or so and now its starting to get really serious and i dont think MB will like it past that point.

so my STRONG recommendation is read up to around pg 14! that is some really awesome stuff and u can go further if youre feeling brave. everything up to that point is really good advice for meditation and also explains some awesome stuff about the astral plane and beyond. please read it!!

okay i take it back guys, as i read further im learning so much about chakras and how to feed and energize them...this is something ive already tried and learned about from this same author on youtube. you can learn how to do this just for your own health and wellbeing, its not only for astral projection. anyhow like i said if you are brave enough then you should read further
